Assign a Twilio From Number based on criteria
Learn how to assign the ownership of a Twilio From Number based on criteria.
1. Go to Twilio From Numbers module.
2. Select the Twilio Numbers that you want to assign criteria.
3. Look for the "Criteria For When Number Should Be Used"
4. You can set criteria like {"Lead_Source":"Partner"}
• When assigning based on the field’s API name: {“API_Name”:”enter the criteria”}
• When assigning based on the user’s email: {“user_email”:”enter the email address”}
• When assigning based on the user’s CRM Id: {“user_id”:”enter the user’s CRM Id”}
• When setting the number as default for the organization: {“defaultForEveryone”}
then click check circle if done.
How to know your APIs
1. Go to Settings(Gear Icon).
2. Look for APIs under the DEVELOPER SPACE.
3. Select the API Names.
4. On the list below are the list of API Names of all module, you can select the module e.g Leads.
5. Below are the list of API for your chosen module.
