Assign a Smooth From Number owner
Learn how to assign the ownership of a Smooth From Number to a specific user profile.
1. Go to the Smooth Inbox and Bulk SMS module.
2. Click the gear at the top right-hand corner of the Smooth Inbox and Bulk SMS module.
3. Look for the From Numbers tab and click on it.
4. Look for the From Number you'd like to assign and click the Edit option under Actions.
5. Click on the dropdown menu for Assign to a team or a single user.
6. Pick the option Available to a single user.
7. Now, you can select any available users in your CRM.
8. Finally, confirm the From Number is enabled and click Save.
