Sending options for templated SMS
Delivery Method
1. Delivery Method >> SMS / MMS - this option will be delivered as SMS (Short Message Service) or can be MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service)
2. Delivery Method >> Whatsapp - This option will be delivered as Whatsapp that can be massively used for international messaging and voice calls.
Who should be notified of replies?
1. Who should be notified of replies? >> Owner of each record - when someone is replying, each record owner will be notified.
2. Who should be notified of replies?>> Me - the notification of replies can only be seen by You.
Sending Options: Send Later
Send Later is an option to set up scheduled SMS. You can choose either 'Timezone' where you can select which timezone do you prefer or 'My Timezone' and set the date and time.
From: Default Twilio Numbers
It is a preselected option.
From: Record owner's phone Number
It is the phone number of the person who owns the records.
Number to Use: Phone
This is the preselected option.
Number to Use: All Possible Numbers
You can add all possible Numbers in records.
Number to Use: Mobile
You can also add the Mobile numbers from the records.
