Get Help and Support with the Smooth Messenger extension
Know more about where to go and how to get in contact with us in case you require assistance/support, or even if you only have a simple question or inquiry about the Smooth Messenger extension.
Option 1:
1. Go to Settings,
2. Under the Marketplace click All.
3. Click Installed.
4. Look for the Smooth Messenger - Twilio SMS for Zoho CRM, then click the Settings.
5. At the bottom right corner you will see the chat icon (Get help with Twilio SMS).
6. At the chatbox, you will need to enter your name, e-mail address, and a brief message on what you need. Click submit if you're done.
Option 2:
1. Look for the Smooth Messenger - Twilio SMS for Zoho CRM, then click the Configure.
2. At the right top corner, click Get Support.
3. To contact the developer you will need to fill up the following:
e.g: Subject: Having Twilio SMS Problem
Message: I need your help
