How to change who can use the Smooth From Numbers in the CRM
Learn how to change who can use a Smooth From Number in the CRM.
1. Go to the Smooth Inbox and Bulk SMS module.
2. Click the gear at the top right-hand corner of the Smooth Inbox and Bulk SMS module.
3. Look for the From Numbers tab and click on it.
4. Look for the From Number you'd like to assign and click the Edit option under Actions.
5. Click on the dropdown menu for Assign to a team or a single user.
6. If it should be available to all users, pick the option Available to everyone and click Save.
7. If it should be available to a specific team, pick the option Available to a team, then select a Team and click Save.
8. If it should be available to a specific user, pick the option Available to a single user, then select the User you'd like to assign the number to and click Save.
9. You can also add a description that will show up in the From Number's list and click Save.
