How to send a 1 on 1 templated message
Option 1:
1. You can select one of the record in the module, then check the checkbox on the record you selected.
2. Click the Send Bulk Twilio SMS
3. Fill up the following and you can choose in the list of your templates. After filling up, you can click Send Now.

Option 2:
1. You can click on the name of the following records in the module.
2. Then click the Send Twilio Message.
3. Fill up the following. After that click Send Now.
