How to send Drip SMS campaigns



1. Go to Setting> Workflow Rules .






2. Create Rule





3. Create a New Rule:

Module:(select a Module were this workflow to take effect. e.g. Leads)
Rule Name: (you can set a Rule Name like this ,e.g.  Test SMS Drip campaign)
Description: (optional)

>>Next







4. Choose when do you want to execute the rule?
e.g: • On a record action
          • Edit
              •Specific fields(s) get modified
                  (Set some record action on editing ( e.g: When   Lead Source   is modified to   any value))
 
  click Next







5. On Condition:   you can set the Leads matching certain conditions.
1."Set some criteria for the workflow rule (e.g. only run it where the Lead source is Web Research
and
2. Number Inbound Twilio Messages  = 0
or
3. Number Inbound Twilio Messages is Empty )" 

≫ Next









6. click Instant Action:
On Creating Record 
You can set the following like this;
(e.g.
Record Type: Twilio SMS Messages
Layout: Standard
Twilio SMS Messages Name: 1st SMS Drip sent to ${Leads.First Name} ${Leads.Last Name}
Twilio SMS Messages Owner: Reference | ${Leads.Lead Owner}
Messages: 1st SMS Drip ${Leads.Modified Time}
LeadName: ${Current Record}
)
>> Save






7. When want to set some Scheduled Actions
click the Scheduled Actions

  





8. On Scheduled Actions:
Set the Rule Trigger Time to 10 minutes






9. After you click Next, create a record on scheduled actions
You can set the following like this;
(e.g.
Record Type: Twilio SMS Messages
Layout: Standard
Twilio SMS Messages Name: 2nd SMS Drip sent to ${Leads.First Name} ${Leads.Last Name}
Twilio SMS Messages Owner: Reference | ${Leads.Lead Owner}
Messages: 2nd SMS Drip ${Leads.Modified Time}
LeadName: ${Current Record}   
)

>> Save








10.If you want to set another Scheduled Actions.
Set the Rule Trigger Time to 15 minutes.







11. After you click Next, create a record on scheduled actions
You can set a Create Record like this;
(e.g.
Record Type: Twilio SMS Messages
Layout: Standard
Twilio SMS Messages Name: 3rd SMS Drip sent to ${Leads.First Name} ${Leads.Last Name}
Twilio SMS Messages Owner: Reference | ${Leads.Lead Owner}
Messages: 3rd SMS Drip ${Leads.Modified Time}
LeadName: ${Current Record}
)
