To receive push notifications for inbound SMS from our chrome extension, follow the steps below.

1. Search for the Twilio for Zoho CRM Chrome Extension or Download here then Add to Chrome

2. Click the Add extension button.

3. After adding the Extension, go to your CRM and look for the Twilio From Numbers module.

4. Select the Twilio Numbers that you want to receive notifications for and then click the Setup notifications button.

5. This screen should appear

6.  Click the Extension logo at the top right of your Chrome, then look for the Twilio for Zoho CRM and Pin it.

7.  Click the logo of Twilio for Zoho CRM

8. Choose the number you want to receive notifications for and click the Select Number button.

9. Now you should receive notifications for inbound calls and SMS.
