Send an hourly email summary of inbound messages

This setting is really helpful if you’d like to be informed of all replies you’ve received in the past hour from all the messages you've sent.



1. Go to Settings,
2. Under the Marketplace click All.




3. Click Installed.




4. Look for the Smooth Messenger - Twilio SMS for Zoho CRM, then click the Settings.





5. Click Advanced Settings.





6. Look for Send an hourly email summary of inbound messages. Then, check the Yes, please option.
Click Save if done.
