  2. Repeat the same process for all the other users who need access to the extension.

  1. Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Users and Control > Security Control > Select a user > Basic Permissions > Enable them all.

  2. Repeat the same process for all the other users that need access to the extension.

3 - Edit Sharing Settings and Default Access for the Twilio modules

  1. Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Users and Control > Security Control > Data Sharing Settings > Click on Twilio SMS Messages > Change from “Private” to “Public Read Only”.

  2. Repeat the same process for the modules “Twilio From Numbers”, “Twilio SMS Templates” and “Twilio Autoresponders”.

4 - Twilio SMS extension user profile permissions

  1. Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Marketplace “All” > Installed > Twilio SMS extension for Zoho CRM “Configure” > Change Permission > Manage Profile > Select all the users you want to grant permission to.> Save.

5 - Permission for the extension modules.

  1. Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Modules and Fields > Search for the modules starting with “Twilio” > Hover the cursor over the module display name > click the 3 dots > Module Permission > Select all the users you want to grant permission to.> Save.

  2. Repeat the same process with all the other modules in the list.

6 - Twilio SMS Messages field permissions.

8 - Module organization and Tab Groups

  1. Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Modules and Fields > Organize Modules > Search for the modules starting with “Twilio” > Select all of them > Save.
