1 - Enable API Access & Manage Extensibility
Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Users and Control > Security Control > Select a user > Developer Permissions > Manage Extensibility and Zoho CRM API Access > Enable.
Repeat the same process for all the other users who need access to the extension.
2 - User profile permission.
Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Users and Control > Security Control > Select a user > Basic Permissions > Enable them all.
Repeat the same process for all the other users that need access to the extension.
3 - Edit Sharing Settings and Default Access for the Twilio modules
Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Users and Control > Security Control > Data Sharing Settings > Click on Twilio SMS Messages > Change from “Private” to “Public Read Only”.
Repeat the same process for the modules “Twilio From Numbers”, “Twilio SMS Templates” and “Twilio Autoresponders”.
Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Marketplace “All” > Installed > Twilio SMS extension for Zoho CRM “Configure” > Change Permission > Manage Profile > Select all the users you want to grant permission to.> Save.
5 - Permission for the extension modules.
Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Modules and Fields > Search for the modules starting with “Twilio” > Hover the cursor over the module display name > click the 3 dots > Module Permission > Select all the users you want to grant permission to.> Save.
Repeat the same process with all the other modules in the list.
Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Modules and Fields > Open module “Twilio SMS Messages'' > Click on the “Fields'' tab > Click Field Permissions > Select the user you wish to grant the permissions to > Make sure “Read and Write” is selected for all fields.> Save.
Repeat the same process for all the other user profiles that need access.
7 - Button permission
Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Modules and Fields > Select the module with the issue > Links and Buttons > Hover the cursor over the Button name > click the gear on the left side > Set Permission > Select all the users you want to grant permission to.> Save.
Repeat the same process with other modules if these have the same issue.
Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Modules and Fields > Organize Modules > Search for the modules starting with “Twilio” > Select all of them > Save.
If you want to personalize the list of modules visible in your CRM, instead of hiding the modules, you can create Tab Groups:
Go to Zoho CRM Settings > Modules and Fields > Tab Groups > New Tab Group > Name your Tab Group > Select the modules to include > Select all the users you want to grant permission to > Save.
Make sure to also select the modules starting with “Twilio” in the Tabs list when creating the Tab Group.
